To apply for the scholarship, children and their families have to fill out an application form.

Step 1- Click on the Apply for McKay scholarship link from the quick navigation bar on the left side of the website.

You may also request a station change or a military waiver completely fill out the military waiver request form.
Deposit the IEP or 504 forms and also arrange for sending the office copy of the permanent change of station orders.
